Heartland Regional Alcohol & Drug Assessment Center (HRADAC)

The HRADAC operates as a nationally recognized community coalition. Its membership is broad-based representing healthcare organizations, businesses, faith-based organizations, local government, civic groups, youth service organizations, and concerned citizens from the three-county region. The HRADAC meets bi-monthly throughout the year to review the region’s substance abuse needs.  These needs are then used to develop and maintain a five-year Needs Assessment Plan. Compiling regional outcomes data and evaluating the effectiveness of services is a priority when developing this Plan.

HRADAC is committed to increasing the awareness of the community in the prevention of substance use and abuse.
